How do I select a qualified plastic surgeon?
: You can find a list of national board-certified plastic surgeons in
Thailand from the official websites listed in our "Links" page.
Why aren't there any "before and after" photos?
: It is illegal in Thailand to post any "before and after" plastic
surgery photographs.
Breast Augmentation (Enlargement)
Is breast feeding possible after surgery?
: Yes, the surgery and implants do not affect the mammary glands.
How long does the implant last?
: All implants are made of silicone, and they last life-long.
After breast augmentation, is it still possible to have a normal
breast cancer check-up?
: Yes, self-palpation, mammography or ultrasonography can be carried out
as usual.
Face Lift
How long does a face lift last?
: A facelift surgery makes you look younger and fresher, but it doesn't
stop ageing. Many people never need a second facelift, while others may
desire another surgery after 10 years or so.
Where are the incisions?
: The incisions start from the temple area INSIDE THE HAIR LINE, then
come down to just in front of the ear or at the rim of the ear canal,
and go upward just at the back of the ear. The scar is hardly seen afterward.
How long after surgery can I wash my hair?
: You can wash your hair 24 - 48 hours after the surgery.
Liposuction
How effective is liposuction?
: Liposuction is an excellent method of fat reduction for specific areas,
not an effective method of weight loss.
Is there any risk at all?
: If performed by unskilled plastic surgeons or surgeons not specialised
in plastic surgery, skin irregularity or waviness can occur when too much
fat has been removed.
Eyelid Surgery
How soon can I wear make-up?
: As soon as the stitches are removed and the incision is well healed.
This usually takes about 5 days.
Will crowfeet disappear after upper and lower eyelids operation?
: The operation reduces some of the crowfeet. However, face lift operation
is a more effective way of reducing crowfeet.
Nose Surgery (Rhinoplasty)
Where are the incisions?
: All incisions are inside the nose and could not be seen from outside.
How do I choose the right size and shape of the nose implant?
: Ready-made silicone nose implants do not always suit every individual.

Scar Revision
Will the scar disappear completely?
: It is almost impossible for a scar to disappear completely. However,
depending upon individual cases, the appearance can be improved or lessened
immensely with a proper surgery.
