About the procedure

What it involves

During a liposuction surgery, a small tube, connected to a vacuum presure unit, is inserted through one or more small incisions. The tube is then guided by a plastic surgeon, vacuuming the excessive fat out of the required area.

The incisions for liposuction surgery are usually placed as discretely as possible, and the length of the incisions is normally less than a centimetre. After liposuction surgery, the patient is advised to wear pressure garment for a few weeks in order to prevent post-operative bleeding and to contain swelling.

We are able to offer both tumescent liposuction and VASER liposuction in Bangkok and Phuket. However, only tumescent liposuction is available in Chiang Mai.

Before and after photographs

Why we do not show them

Under the regulations of the Medical Council of Thailand, this practice does not display before and after photographs on its website. That applies to every procedure on this site, and it is a rule we follow rather than a comment on any result.

If you would like to understand what the procedure can and cannot achieve, that is a conversation for a consultation, where your own anatomy and medical suitability can be assessed. Contact the clinic to arrange one.
