Dr Witoon is a national board-certified plastic surgeon who has performed chin augmentation surgery in Thailand for over 40 years. His clinics are located in central Bangkok and Chiang Mai.
For patients with short or small chin, chin augmentation is normally performed using silicone implant, and under both sedation and local anaesthesia. The incision is made through the inside of the mouth. The surgery takes around 1 – 2 hours, and follow-up is usually scheduled 3 – 5 days after surgery.
